What does the bond-back clean cover?
A bond-back clean focuses on the cleaning tasks agreed for your rental. Ask Leigh to confirm the cleaning guarantee, inclusions and any follow-up arrangements in writing before booking. Bond deductions for damage, rent or other tenancy matters are outside the cleaning service.
Does the property need to be empty?
An empty property makes it easier to reach cupboards, floors and other areas. Let Leigh know whether furniture will remain, and confirm that water, electricity and access will be available.
